My 1st attempt at being Suzy Homemaker for my daughters snack day. These cupcakes are super cute, cheap, & easy. All you need is 1 strawberry cake mix, 1 batch Wilton's butter cream icing ( which is basically 1/2 cup Crisco, 1/2 cup butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 lb pwd. sugar) mixed with 1 can of store bought strawberry icing.
